Terms of Use

Agreement
These terms govern your use of FeatherCue, operated by The Bearded Vagabond LLC. By downloading or using FeatherCue, you agree to these terms and to the applicable app store's terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FeatherCue on devices you own or control as permitted by the applicable app store. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass purchase controls, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it in violation of law or another person's rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of scripts and recordings you create. You are responsible for your content, for obtaining any permissions it requires, and for how you publish or share it. FeatherCue does not claim ownership of your content.
Purchases
FeatherCue may offer a one-time Pro purchase through Apple or Google. The applicable store processes payment and controls refunds, receipts, and store transaction records. Pro access may be restored when the store can verify an eligible prior purchase.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FeatherCue reliable, but the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change as devices, operating systems, or third-party services change. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost- profit damages arising from use of the app.
Privacy and ending use
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You may stop using FeatherCue and remove locally stored app data at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the app, users, or legal rights.
